Product Introduction

This 8-40mm high-speed wire and rebar rolling mill line is a full-set continuous rolling production solution independently optimized and manufactured for medium and large steel plants. It adopts multi-stage continuous rolling configuration including rough rolling, medium rolling, pre-finish rolling and high-speed finish rolling. The whole line realizes fully automatic intelligent production from billet heating, continuous rolling, online water cooling, flying shear cutting, cooling bed straightening, fixed-length cold shearing to automatic bundling and collection.

Equipped with complete hydraulic station, centralized lubrication system and PLC electric control system, the production line features high rolling speed, stable operation, high finished product precision and low failure rate. It can mass-produce high-quality construction rebar and wire rod, which is widely recognized in global metallurgical rolling projects.

Adopts four-stage rolling layout: rough rolling, medium rolling, pre-finish rolling and high-speed finish rolling. The rolling reduction is reasonably distributed, with smooth material transmission and no manual intervention. Covers finished product specifications from 8mm to 40mm, compatible with deformed steel bar, round steel and wire rod. The production line can quickly switch product specifications to adapt to diverse market orders and improve factory operation flexibility.

•Equipped with multiple flying shears for head/tail cutting and broken material processing, matched with looper tension control and online water cooling system. Configured with independent rolling lubrication station, hydraulic station and cooling circulation system. Core rolling stands are made of high-strength cast steel with wear-resistant structure, effectively reducing equipment wear and daily maintenance frequency, and lowering long-term operating costs.

The whole line adopts centralized PLC electrical control, realizing automatic speed matching, tension control, fixed-length cutting and automatic stacking & bundling. It greatly reduces manual dependence and improves production consistency and safety.
