This second-hand 750mm hot strip continuous rolling line is a mature, high-efficiency medium-width strip rolling equipment for carbon steel coil production. The whole line adopts advanced reversible rough rolling + 8-stand continuous finishing rolling configuration, equipped with industry-standard AWC width automatic control and HAGC hydraulic thickness automatic control system.

The complete line has been fully inspected, refurbished, tested and debugged. All core mechanical and electrical systems operate stably, reaching standard production capacity and precision. It is an ideal cost-effective solution for small and medium-sized steel enterprises to invest in hot-rolled strip projects, featuring low investment, quick return, stable performance and wide material adaptability.

Working Principle & Production Process

Process Flow: Qualified continuous casting slab hot charging → Regenerative heating furnace uniform heating → Reversing rough rolling + edging width correction → Flying shear head and tail cutting → 8-stand continuous finishing rolling (micro-tension rolling + hydraulic thickness control) → Laminar rapid cooling → Underground hydraulic coiling → Conveyor chain transportation → Finished steel coil output

The line adopts advanced hot continuous rolling technology. The steel slab is continuously rolled at high temperature through multiple stands, realizing high-efficiency and continuous forming of medium-width hot-rolled strips, with stable process and uniform product performance.
