Product Introduction
This semi-continuous angle and channel steel rolling mill is a professional sectional steel rolling equipment independently designed and optimized for medium and small steel plants. Adopting a mature 13-stand semi-continuous rolling layout (roughing mill group + finishing continuous rolling mill group), the equipment takes 150×150mm continuous casting square billets as raw materials, and completes full-automatic rolling, cooling, straightening, fixed-length cutting and stacking of angle steel and channel steel. The whole production line realizes micro-tension continuous rolling, high-precision sizing and stable forming, solving the problems of low precision, poor surface quality and low efficiency of traditional section steel rolling equipment. It features simple process, low energy consumption, high yield rate and easy operation, which is ideal equipment for mass production of building profile steel.

Adopts classic 13-stand H-V alternating semi-continuous rolling layout, with 5-pass rough rolling + 8-stand continuous finishing rolling. The rolling process is stable and mature, effectively avoiding steel billet deviation and forming defects, ensuring long-term stable continuous production.

Finished products fully comply with Chinese GB standards and Japanese JIS standards. The dimensional tolerance, straightness and surface quality of angle steel and channel steel meet international trade delivery requirements, with a finished product yield rate of over 96%.

Equipped with independent DC drive system and micro-tension automatic rolling control. The whole line realizes automatic rolling, flying shear cutting, stepping cooling, straightening and fixed-length cold saw cutting, with minimal manual intervention and greatly reduced labor costs.
•Fast Roll Change Design, High Production Flexibility
Hydraulic rapid roll change system is configured for roughing mills. The roll system can be quickly replaced and positioned through hydraulic cylinder and traversing device, supporting flexible switching of different specifications of angle steel and channel steel, with short equipment downtime.
•Complete Supporting Process, One-Stop Production
Integrates heating, rolling, shearing, cooling, straightening, sizing cutting and automatic stacking processes. Equipped with professional flying shear, stepping cooling bed and straightening machine to realize finished product bundling and delivery directly, forming a complete closed-loop production line.

All rolling mills adopt closed housing structure with cast steel rolls and high-load four-row cylindrical bearings, featuring strong rigidity, wear resistance and long service life. The centralized lubrication system reduces equipment failure rate and daily maintenance costs.
