Product Introduction

This full-automatic steel palletizing robot system is professionally designed for the rear-end finishing process of section steel rolling mills. Adopting German KUKA heavy-duty industrial robots combined with electromagnetic adaptive grabbing technology, the equipment realizes fully automatic steel alignment, splitting, conveying, flipping, layered stacking and outbound transportation.

The whole production process is controlled by Siemens PLC system with unmanned operation. It effectively solves the problems of low efficiency, messy stacking, high labor cost and poor safety of traditional manual stacking. This high-speed, high-precision intelligent palletizing solution is widely matched with steel rolling production lines and is the core automation equipment for upgrading medium and small steel mills.

•German KUKA Heavy-Duty Robot Core, Stable Performance

Equipped with 4 sets of refurbished KUKA KR360-2 heavy-load robots, with stable heavy-load operation performance, strong impact resistance and long service life. The 98% new robot unit greatly reduces customer investment cost while retaining industrial-grade operating stability.

•Electromagnetic Adaptive Grabbing, Strong Adaptability

Adopts dual parallel electromagnetic groups with self-adaptive magnetic field intensity control. It can grab single or double layers of angle steel forward and reverse simultaneously, realizing flexible grabbing and stacking of different section steel specifications without manual mechanical adjustment.

•Ultra-Fast Palletizing Beat & High Efficiency

The whole line adopts servo automatic steel splitting + robot synchronous palletizing mode, with palletizing cycle ≤10 seconds. The continuous operation efficiency is far higher than manual work, fully matching the high-speed output rhythm of the front-end rolling mill.

•Full PLC Intelligent Unmanned Operation

Supported by Siemens PLC system and HMI touch screen parameter adjustment. The steel splitting positioning, layer quantity control, positive and negative flipping, fixed-layer stacking and automatic outbound are all completed automatically. No manual intervention is required during operation, saving labor costs greatly.

•High Precision Alignment & Neat Stacking

Equipped with 3-position pneumatic lower steel baffle and photoelectric sensing positioning system. The section steel is automatically aligned and positioned, with regular stacking shape, uniform force of each layer, no messy steel or irregular bundling, which improves the appearance quality and market competitiveness of finished steel bundles.

•Complete Supporting System & Low Failure Rate

Matched with professional conveying chain, forming splitting mechanism, pneumatic system and independent electrical control cabinet. The whole set of equipment has reasonable structural design, stable transmission, low daily maintenance cost and 24-hour continuous industrial operation capability.

•Wide Applicable Length Range

Support palletizing of various section steel lengths from 6m to 12m, covering all conventional building steel specifications, suitable for most section steel rolling mill production lines.
